Jun. 17-20, 2025 — Off to CSM 2025 in Montreal!

All members of the microbiology team (Salim, Antoine, Parisa, Ahmad, Nada, and Abdel) headed to Montreal for the 74th Annual Conference of the Canadian Society of Microbiologists!

Salim gave an invited talk while Antoine, Parisa, Ahmad, Nada, and Abdel all presented posters.

'Tis always a great time to see our fellow Canadian microbiologists. Excellent discussions were had, possible new collaborations launched, and a good time was had all around. In fact, this was the only CSM meeting I (Salim) has heard of where enrollment had to be shut down BEFORE the start of the conference because the meeting was maxed-out, at capacity. Incredible!

The final reception was also fantastic, with some lab members making it to the very end!
