The lab is open once again...
The Quebec provincial government has authorized the resumption of research activities during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. To reopen, we've had to design a socially-distanced shift rotation for the lab to minimize the number of people physically present in the lab spaces at any given time. It's an adjustment for sure, but we're making it work. Making sure to stay healthy!

Congratulations to Omaima! Her image "Vague paradisiaque" (Heavenly Wave) of the complete M. xanthus lifecycle, was selected as a finalist for the La Preuve Par L'Image (Proof by image) competition sponsored by Acfas and Radio Canada. Her image is #17. Go vote for some bacterial representation as the top image in the Prix du Public Découverte (Discovery Public Prize) category! Good luck Omaima!
